If you have a scheduled flight with Clic Air, through our codeshare agreement, please refer to the following information:
- If the first flight is operated by avianca: check in online or at our counters at the airport.
- If the first flight is operated by Clic Air: you must check in with the Clic Air booking code at the Clic Air website or at the airline's counters at the airport. If your flight with Clic Air has changes, you must check-in at the Clic Air counters at the airport.
Flights departing and arriving in Bogotá: Clic Air operates in the city of Bogotá from Terminal 2 (Air Bridge).
Connecting flights in Bogotá:
Arriving with Clic Air at Bogotá Terminal 2 (air shuttle) and connecting with avianca via a domestic or international flight at Terminal 1:
- Go to gate 3.
- Take the OPAIN bus to El Dorado Airport, where you must get off at Stop 1 for international departures and Stop 2 for domestic departures.
Arriving with avianca domestic or international flights to Bogotá Terminal 1 and connecting with Clic Air via a domestic flight in Terminal 2 (air shuttle):
- Go to gate 1 for domestic arrivals or gate 9 for international arrivals at El Dorado Airport.
- Take the OPAIN bus to Terminal 2 (air shuttle).
The OPAIN bus operates from 5:00 to 23:00 every day of the week, subject to changes at OPAIN's discretion. Transfers between Terminal 2 (Air Bridge) and Terminal 1 will be the responsibility of the passenger.
- For routes operated by Clic Air, enter your lifemiles number and your miles will be earned automatically within a maximum of 60 days after the date of the flight. If you did not enter your lifemiles number when booking, contact our Contact center up to 61 days after the date of the flight and request them.
- The miles corresponding to the route operated by avianca will be earned automatically within 3 days after the date of the flight. If you did not enter your lifemiles number at the time of purchase, find out how to manage your pending miles.
- If you are a lifemiles member with elite status, please note that additional baggage does not apply to flights operated by Clic Air.
Voluntary changes: if you need to change your booking, please contact our Contact center or do so at our points of sale. If you made your reservation through a travel agency, you will need to contact them to request the change.
Changes due to operational events:
- Managed by avianca: if there is a change to your reservation 10 or more days before your flight, we will notify you.
- Managed by Clic Air: if you have a change in your reservation between the ninth day before the flight and the day of the flight, you will be notified by Clic Air.
- Pets: the pet transport service is not available for connecting flights between avianca and Clic Air.
- Wheelchair: you can request this service at avianca.com when you purchase your ticket, from the section "Manage your booking" by entering your reservation code and last name, or by calling our Contact center, find out more. If you have connecting flights within Colombia between avianca and Clic Air, you can receive assistance from assigned staff who will help you with the transfer between terminals.
- The wheelchair service on the international connection between avianca and Clic Air is temporarily interrupted due to infrastructure issues at El Dorado Airport. We are working to offer you this service soon.
