If you have a flight scheduled with Clic Air using our shared code, you must take into account the following information:
If the first flight is operated by Avianca: you should check-in on our website or in person at the Avianca counters at the airport.
If the first flight is operated by Clic Air: you should check-in on the Clic Air website or in person at the Clic Air counters at the airport.
Flights to and from Bogotá: Clic Air operates in the city of Bogotá from the Puente Aéreo terminal (T2).
Connecting flights in Bogotá:
Arriving with Clic Air at Bogotá Terminal 2 (Puente Aéreo) and connecting with Avianca via a domestic or international flight at Terminal 1:

- Go to gate 3.
- Take the OPAIN bus to El Dorado Airport, where you must get off at Stop 1 for international departures and Stop 2 for domestic departures.
Arriving with Avianca domestic or international flights to Bogotá Terminal 1 and connecting with Clic Air via a domestic flight in Terminal 2 (Puente Áereo):

- Go to gate 1 for domestic arrivals or gate 9 for international arrivals at El Dorado Airport.
- Take the OPAIN bus to Terminal 2 (Puente Aéreo).
If your flight includes only stages operated by Clic Air, enter your frequent flyer number in the reservation and your miles will accumulate automatically within a maximum of 60 days after your flight date. If you did not enter your frequent flyer number in the reservation, contact our Contact Center 61 days after the date of your flight and request the accumulated miles.
If your reservation includes connections between Avianca and Clic Air, the miles corresponding to the stage operated by Avianca will automatically accumulate within 3 days after your flight date. The miles corresponding to the stage operated by Clic Air will automatically accumulate within a maximum of 60 days after your flight date. If you did not enter your frequent flyer number in the reservation, contact our Contact Center 61 days after the date of your flight and request the accumulated miles.
- Extra baggage for Elite Members: does not apply to flights operated by Clic Air.
Voluntary changes: If you need to make a change in your reservation, you can do so via our service channels. Find out about them here.
Changes due to operational incidents:
- Operated by Avianca: if there is a change in your reservation within 4 days before your flight, we will notify you directly.
- Operated by Clic Air: If there is a change in your reservation between the three days before the flight and the day of the flight, Clic Air will notify you.
Wheelchair: you can request this service at the time of check-in. If you have connecting flights between Avianca and Clic Air, you will receive assistance from assigned personnel who will help you with the transfer between terminals, without having to leave the airport.
