If you are awaiting a COVID-19 test result, are a positive case or have respiratory symptoms, do not show up for your flight.
Mask: The use of face masks is mandatory for flights operating to/from Bolivia, in compliance with sanitary guidelines of the authorities.
In-flight announcements: they will inform you aboutbiosecurity measures and requirements to be met during the flight.
Air filters: our aircraft have HEPA filters that capture 99.97% of airborne particles and cool the cabin. These filters perform similarly to hospital operating rooms or industrial clean rooms. In addition, the cabin air system delivers approximately 50% outside air and 50% filtered and recirculated air, meaning that the air supplied is essentially sterile.
Our crew: is prepared to act according to the established safety protocols. Follow all their recommendations for a safe flight.
When boarding the plane: we recommend you to locate your seat and not to change your seat during the flight.
Entry protocols: comply with the measures in force in the country you are traveling to (quarantines, preventive isolation, among others).
Report any symptom that you present to the health entities of your destination. You should be attentive to your email, where we will inform you of some recommendations. In case of changes, remember to use our digital self-management tools.
