- Enter your data and continue to the Additional Services section.
- In the Additional baggage option add the number of pieces you need.
- Save your changes and continue with the purchase of your ticket.
- Go to Manage your booking
- Fill in the fields with your reservation number and the last name you registered when you purchased your ticket.
- In the Additional baggage option select the number of pieces you want to add.
- Save changes and finish the purchase process.
- Enter avianca.com
- Select the Online check-in option
- Fill in all the fields with your personal data as you registered them when you bought your ticket.
- Add the number of pieces of baggage you want to purchase and complete the process.
- Approach the airport counter.
- Let us know how many pieces you need to add to your booking.
- Complete your payment.

- The additional baggage rates shown below are for a one-way trip. When booking a round-trip flight, you will need to purchase additional baggage for each trip.
- Until December 31, 2023, the purchase of the third piece of baggage onwards and of oversized or overweight pieces is not available on the following routes: San Salvador - Ontario - San Salvador | San Salvador - Los Angeles - San Salvador | San Salvador - San Francisco - San Salvador | San Salvador - Washington - San Salvador | San Salvador - New York - San Salvador | Guayaquil - New York - Guayaquil.
