The cancellation of a ticket can be requested at least 24 hours before your flight if you purchased it at avianca.com, Contact Center, sales offices or travel agency. The request must be made by the holder of the purchase.
- It only applies if you purchased an XXL fare. The cancellation does not apply to our fares (XS, S, M and L) and additional services, which are promotional.
- The refund will be made within thirty (30) calendar days of the communication of the cancellation (Resolution 01375 of June 11, 2015 - Special Administrative Unit Civil Aeronautics).
- There will be a 10% deduction applied to the fare and a withholding in accordance with the fare rule, including the Q for fuel.
- Applies if you made your purchase in any sales channel and with all methods of payment.
- There will be a 12% deduction applied to the fare and a withholding in accordance with the fare rule, including the Q for fuel.
