Yes, you may request a refund or change of flight at no additional charge within 90 days of the affected flight. Complete the Waiver request form, in which you will find the documents and requirements, you must comply with for each of the following reasons:
- Sickness or medical disability
- Lost or stolen documents, depending on the purchased fare
The new flight date must be within the validity of the ticket (one year from the date of ticket issuance) and fare difference charges may apply.
