What should I do if I want to withdraw from my purchase?

If you purchased your ticket on or in our Contact Center and you have not used it yet, you may withdraw your ticket according to the days defined by each country, as long as the flight does not start within those days.  

If you meet the conditions for the withdrawal of the purchase, we will refund the total amount you paid (the administrative fee is excluded from the amount to be refunded).

The refund request must be made through

Colombia El Salvador
  • You may request the withdrawal within 5 business days from the date of purchase, as long as your flight does not start within 5 days following the withdrawal.
  • The ticket will be refunded within a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days from the communication of the withdrawal.
  • No service charge applies.
