If I am hearing or visually impaired, can I ask for assistance?

If you are visually or hearing impaired, let us know how we can help you and we will do our best to assist you. In addition, this will ensure your safety at all times.
You can inform us of the type of disability you have at the time you make your purchase on avianca.com or by going to manage my booking. You can also call our Contact Center at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure of your flight.
On the day of your trip, please do not forget to visit the airport counter so that we can assist you, if necessary.
