If I am hearing or visually impaired, can I ask for assistance?

If you are visually or hearing impaired, let us know how we can help you and we will do our best to assist you. In addition, this will ensure your safety at all times.
 
When you book your ticket on avianca.com or after the purchase in the Manage your booking option, please let us know the disability you have. You can also notify us by calling our Contact center, or even at the airport counter when you arrive. It is recommended that you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure of your flight.
 
On the day of your trip, please do not forget to visit the airport counter so that we can assist you, if necessary.

 

For hearing-impaired passengers, we have a specialized line in Brazil and the United States to offer personalized assistance. A special device called a TDD is used to communicate through a keyboard that is connected to the telephone. The typed information is transmitted through the telephone line to the callers' computer.
