Reaccommodation at no additional cost, subject to space on a first-come, first-served basis at the airport for those who have a flight date with Viva and Ultra airlines until May 12.
How do you do it?Passengers must come to the airport on the day of their flight or a maximum of one day before their flight with a valid ticket to be verified.

Viva airline passengers: Call Avianca's Contact Center and select option 6 or go to the sales offices at the airport* with your booking number on hand for validation.
* If the flight is international to Colombia, passengers must call option 6 of the Contact Center. -
Ultra airline passengers: Call Avianca's Contact Center and select option 6 or go to the sales offices at the airport* with your booking number on hand for validation.
*Customer service will be available for Ultra passengers at Avianca points of sale at the following airports: Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, Pereira, Bucaramanga, Barranquilla, Santa Marta, Cartagena and Cúcuta.
