Which discounts are available to seniors, retirees, people with disabilities and others?

Due to legal provisions in some countries, we have special fares for passengers who meet the following requirements on selected routes.

Brazil

If you have a disability, you will be able to access:

  • Discount on your companion's ticket, by purchasing through our Contact center or your travel agency.
  • Discount on overweight baggage to carry essential technical aids or medical equipment and in the reservation of an additional seat for your accommodation or that of your technical/medical aids. You must contact our Contact center or your travel agency to make the reservation for these additional services.
Colombia
  • If you are a beneficiary (people with disabilities, widows, orphans, or parents) of the public force, you will be able to receive a discount on the basic fare on domestic flights in Colombia, excluding taxes. Applies to purchases at our points of sale in Colombia.
  • If you are a resident of the San Andrés region, you will be able to obtain a discount on tickets purchased at our points of sale in Colombia.
Ecuador
  • If you are a resident of the Galápagos Islands, you will be eligible for a discount according to your type of residence. 
  • If you have a disability and have a card or registration from the National Disability Council, you will receive a discount on your fare when purchasing at our points of sale in Ecuador, valid for domestic and international flights.
  • When purchasing at our points of sale in Ecuador, seniors over 65 years old will receive a discount on their fare for domestic and international flights.
Honduras
  • Hondurans over 80 years of age and retirees will get a discount on their fare, they should contact our Contact center.
Panama

Retirees, pensioners, elderly individuals (women over 55 years old and men over 60) will receive a discount on their fare for tickets with origin or destination in Panama. This discount will be applied for purchases made through our Contact center.
