You can change your ticket redeemed with Lifemiles if it was issued less than one year ago. Please note:
- If you haven’t flown any segment, you can change the route, itinerary (date and time), or request a refund of your miles.
- If you’ve already flown one segment, meaning your ticket is partially used, you can only change the date or time of your itinerary. Route changes and refunds are not allowed.
