What should I do on the day of my flight if I have a medical condition?

On the day of your flight, you should consider the following recommendations:

  • Arrive early at the airport. 4 hours before for international flights and 3 hours before for domestic flights.
  • Show up at the airport counter with all the required documentation according to your medical condition.
  • Bring the medications you need in your carry-on baggage, along with the medical prescription that certifies its use (you may be asked for it at the airport).

All medical certificates must be issued no later than 10 days before the departure date of the flight. You may present it upon your return, provided that no more than one month has passed, and your health condition is stable.
