Meals on board

What should I do if I have a food allergy?

If you have a severe food allergy, you should be aware that our onboard meal service may include foods that contain common allergens.

Due to the presence of these food allergens in the food production environment, we cannot guarantee that our menu will be completely free of them. Check which foods may contain them:
  Ingredients Contained in:
Eggs: Pastry products, mayonnaise, mousses, pastas, quiches, sauces, among others.
Dairy products: Butter, cheese, cream, yogurts, soups, sauces, among others.
Nuts: Almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecans, breads, desserts, ice cream, cookies, marzipan, sauces, oils, among others.

Keep in mind:

  • Carry your medication in case you suffer from severe allergies to foods such as nuts, peanuts, walnuts, almonds or others.
  • We recommend that you bring your food on board. It will be accepted if it meets the food transportation regulations.
  • Ask the crew about the ingredients and possible allergens in the food or check the products labels on the buy onboard menu.
