Can I change my ticket's name?

Name changes on tickets or issued reservations are not allowed. Therefore, when booking, please ensure that passengers’ first and last names exactly match their travel documents.

However, if you need to correct a name in your reservation, you may do so once before the trip. Requests must be made up to 72 hours before your scheduled flight departure.

You can make this request directly through Vianca, our virtual assistant on WhatsApp.

Follow these steps:

  1. Click the following link: Start conversation with Vianca
  2. Type Hello to begin.
  3. Identify yourself with your Lifemiles number or email address

  4. Select “I do have a ticket.”

  5. Then choose: Changes due to force majeure

  6. Select: I don't have a code.
  7. Select: Name correction
  8. Follow Vianca’s instructions to complete the process.

Once you complete these steps, you will be connected with one of our agents to finalize your request.

  • Have your reservation code and the correct information you wish to update ready, and attach your travel document.
  • If you purchased your ticket from a travel agency, contact them directly to submit your request.
