Immigration information

Important information for passengers traveling to Nicaragua

Please be informed that if you have a trip to Managua (Nicaragua) and your immigration status in Nicaragua requires you to submit a return ticket to the airline and immigration authority, as of July 16, 2024, boarding will only be allowed for passengers who have purchased their return ticket more than 24 hours before the date of the initial trip. This condition does not apply to round-trip tickets purchased less than 24 hours in advance of the initial trip, in the same contract of carriage.

We would also like to remind you that, in compliance with the regulations established by the immigration authorities of the countries in which we operate, we will continue to require our customers with international flights to provide the corresponding return ticket for the destinations that require it.

These measures are part of compliance with the provisions of entities in charge of immigration control and are also part of an industry effort that aims to address the phenomenon of irregular migration.

We recommend that you always review the requirements for your trip directly with the relevant authorities before your trip begins. See a summary of the main travel requirements that may apply to you*.
