To protect your account, we’ve implemented an automatic lock system after several failed login or password recovery attempts. We want to ensure you receive the proper guidance, so it's important that you identify which of the two situations applies to you.
Account Unlock
If you attempt to access your account more than five times or encounter difficulties when resetting your password, the lock function will be triggered. To unlock your account, please complete My Lifemiles profile form. In the Attachments field, you must upload a color image of both sides of your ID as support.
