Resetting your Lifemiles password is simple—you can do it yourself using the following link. You can also follow the steps below, depending on whether you have two-step authentication enabled or not.
If you already have two-step authentication enabled
Just enter your account number, username, or email, your new password, and your authentication code. Your password will be reset after entering the correct code.
If you haven’t enabled two-step authentication yet
We would ask for your account number, username, or email, and you will need to answer some security questions to confirm you are the account holder. If you provide the correct information, we’ll send a link to your email so you can reset your password.
If you don’t receive the link or are unable to reset your password after trying, please complete My Lifemiles profile form, so our support team can review your case.
