If you have two Lifemiles accounts, you can request to merge them into a single account. This way, you’ll be able to earn and redeem all your miles in one place. To request the merge, please complete the My Lifemiles Profile form.
When you complete the form, you’ll be asked to upload a color image of both sides of your ID. Our support team will respond to your request.
