If you're flying with avianca or any Star Alliance airline and want to request an upgrade to Business Class, you can use your miles to get one.
What should you do?
- If you're flying with avianca: Contact our Contact center and select option 3 to request your upgrade to Business Class.
- If you're flying with partner airlines: You can request a cabin upgrade through lifemiles.com in the Upgrades section.
