If you are a Lifemiles elite member and you’re pregnant or have recently had a baby, you may be eligible for a benefit that allows you to extend your elite status for an additional period.
For example, if your status in 2024 was diamond valid through January 2025, and your baby is born on November 2024, you can contact our Contact center or complete the My elite status form to request the elite maternity benefit and continue enjoying your diamond status until January 2026.
Please note:
- You must be a Lifemiles elite member (red plus, silver, gold, or diamond) at the time of your baby’s birth.
- You’ll need to attach a scanned copy of the baby’s birth certificate and complete the personal data authorization forms that will be sent to your email after submitting the form or contacting the Contact center.
