Wamos Air is a Spanish airline specialized in charter flights. We’ve signed a temporary agreement with them to support operations on certain international routes. These flights are operated under a wet lease model, meaning the aircraft and crew are provided by Wamos, but always maintaining our service and quality standards.
Please keep the following in mind for your trip:
- Check-in: You can check in normally through avianca.com, the app, or at airport counters. You will also receive the usual confirmation and travel reminder emails.
- Onboard experience: Service remains similar to other avianca routes. Two of our crew members will be on board each flight, along with the Wamos Air crew, to ensure our quality and service standards.
- Seats: The aircraft configuration may differ from what you're used to, including aspects like seat type or recline.
Benefits and services:
- Lifemiles: You earn miles according to the fare purchased.
- Upgrades: If your fare allows it, you can apply for upgrades with miles or receive courtesy upgrades.
- avianca lounges: Lounge access is maintained based on your fare and your Lifemiles status.
- Additional services: Seat selection, onboard menu, extra baggage, and more still apply as usual.
- Special services: You can request them as usual.
