If you are traveling in First Class, Business Class, or hold Star Alliance Gold status, you can access Avianca’s domestic and international VIP Lounges by meeting the following requirements:
- Present a valid same-day boarding pass when flying with Avianca or any Star Alliance member airline.
- Present an official photo ID.
- The flight must depart from the same airport where the lounge is located.
- You may need to show your physical or digital Star Alliance membership card.
Access with Avianca Business Class
When traveling in Business Class with Avianca or any airline within the Avianca group, you’ll have access to:
- Avianca International VIP Lounges.
To enter, please present:
- A valid same-day boarding pass for a Business Class flight operated by an Avianca group airline.
- An official photo ID.
- The lounge must be located in the departure airport of your flight.
Companions:
- Infants (under 2 years old) may enter without restriction.
- All companions must meet the same date, departure airport, and airline requirements.
Access with Lifemiles Elite status
If you are a Lifemiles Elite member (Diamond, Gold, Silver, or Red Plus) and traveling with an airline from the Avianca group or Star Alliance, you’ll have access to:
- Avianca Diamond Domestic and International Lounges (Diamond members only).
- Avianca Domestic and International VIP Lounges.
To enter, please present:
- A valid same-day boarding pass.
- An official photo ID.
- The lounge must be located in the departure airport of your flight.
- If your status does not appear on the boarding pass, show your digital Lifemiles Elite card.
Companions:
- You may bring companions by redeeming one lounge pass per person.
- Diamond and Gold members may enter with up to 2 children under 18 years old at no charge.
- Infants (under 2 years old) may enter without restriction.
- All companions must travel with Avianca or a Star Alliance airline and meet the same date and origin requirements.
