By using a sunflower lanyard, which is part of the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower program, our team can identify that you may have a non-visible disability and may need additional support or assistance during your travel experience.
Please note:
Using the lanyard is voluntary, does not grant priority service, and does not require you to share medical or personal information.
You can request one at the special assistance counter before your flight. You just need to:
- Go to the special assistance counter at the airport.
- Show your boarding pass with your flight details.
- Briefly explain to the agent what kind of support you need.
If you already have your sunflower lanyard and need support at the airport, you can:
- Go directly to the special assistance counters.
- Identify yourself with your lanyard so our team can assist you during the check-in and boarding process.
Remember: the lanyard does not replace special assistance services that must be requested or managed in advance, but it does help our team recognize that you may need more empathetic support during your journey.
