- Check-in: You can check in as usual through avianca.com, the app, or at airport counters. You will also continue receiving confirmation emails and travel recommendations.
- Onboard experience: The service experience remains similar to our other routes. In addition to the GOL crew, one of our crew members will also be onboard each flight to ensure our quality and service standards are met.
- Seats: The aircraft configuration may differ from what you are used to, including aspects such as seat type and recline.

- Lifemiles: You will earn miles according to the fare purchased.
- Upgrades: If your fare allows it, you may request mileage upgrades or receive complimentary upgrades.
