If the amount of a Lifemiles transaction was charged to your credit card more than once, we can help you if the charge is related to:
- Tickets issued with Lifemiles.
- Miles purchases.
- Miles transfers.
- Lifemiles Plus.
- Lifemiles Turbo.
- Miles reactivation.
Submit a request with the required information. Make sure to enter the requested details in all required fields and attach your credit card statement showing both charges.
Keep in mind that the transactions will appear on your statement as “Avianca Lifemiles”.
