Check-in

How do I check in?

Check in online at least 48 hours before the departure of your flight, and 24 hours if you are traveling to or from the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada. You can do so from any device or in person at our kiosks or the counters at the airport.

To begin your online check-in, you must enter your booking code (e.g., 3U2BW3) and your last name as it appears on your booking.

Keep in mind:

  • The limit to check in online or at the airport is 60 minutes before the flight departs for international flights and 45 minutes for domestic flights.
  • Get to the airport three hours early for international flights and two hours early for domestic flights.
  • If you require any special assistance, please arrive at the airport counter at least one hour earlier than the recommended check-in time. You must also check in at the counter if you are traveling with children or pets.
  • If you have already checked in online but did not receive your boarding pass, you must check in again. Complete the fields with your booking information, then click on the "See boarding passes" button to access your boarding pass.

Check-in at the airport

Check-in at the kiosks

Check-in yourself at the airport kiosks, avoiding long lines or additional costs for doing it at the counter. Generally, the kiosks are located in front of the rows of the counters at the airport.

To start checking-in, enter your booking code, ticket number or frequent flyer number. You must have your passport if your flight is international or an identification document if it is a domestic flight.

At the kiosks you can also:

  • Print your boarding pass and if you have checked baggage, you can print the label to send it to the baggage drop-off points.
  • Add additional baggage or select your seat. Please bear in mind that some of these services may not be included in your fare and an additional charge will be made. In that case, you must contact our service agents to make the corresponding payment.
