By order of the Mexican Secretariat for Home Affairs, in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as of May 6, 2024, all passengers of Peruvian nationality whose final destination is Mexico, must have a visa issued by the Mexican government.
From this date and by mandatory compliance for all airlines, if you have Peruvian nationality, we will require the necessary and suitable immigration documents to carry out your trip. The above, complying with the new travel requirements demanded by the Mexican authorities.

What should I do if I purchased a ticket before May 4, 2024 and cannot meet this requirement?
If you purchased a ticket before May 4, 2024 and cannot comply with this new requirement, we will enable two options that will be valid from May 3 and until June 30, 2024.
- Change of date or route without change fee (fare difference applies). The new travel date must be 8 days before and up to 30 days after the initial flight date, depending on availability.
- Refund of tickets through our official channels or at the corresponding travel agency.
In order to access either of these two options, you must complete the corresponding form and attach the supporting documents requested there.
