Yes, if your ticket was redeemed using lifemiles, a fee will be charged for processing the refund request, according to the fare type you purchased.

Important information:
- The miles used for redemption will be refunded to the registered lifemiles account holder.
- The ticket must not have been used on any segment and must still be valid.
- Only miles from tickets redeemed within the last year are eligible for a refund.
- The miles must not be expired.
- If you used the flexible payment option (lifemiles + Money), the refund will be issued in miles, not in cash.
