When redeeming your miles, we recommend verifying and entering your name exactly as it appears on your travel document.
If your ticket has already been issued, and you need to correct the name, you’ll need to request a refund of the redeemed miles and go through the purchase/redemption process again. The conditions of the available fares will apply.
